HOW
How we work

Simple process.
Clear results.

Three phases. No surprises. Every Veritech project follows the same disciplined path — from the first conversation to compounding growth.

Overview

Three phases.
Every project.

Phase 01
Discover

We understand your goals, audit your current setup, and define exactly what needs to be built — and why.

Phase 02
Build

We design, develop, and deploy with speed and precision. Performance, SEO, and conversion baked in from the ground up.

Phase 03
Grow

We monitor, test, and iterate. Your digital assets compound in value with every passing month.

Phase 01 — Discover

Understand before
we build.

No project starts with code. It starts with a deep, honest conversation about your goals, your market, and your current digital reality. We map what exists, identify what's broken or missing, and define exactly what needs to be built — and in what order.

Stakeholder workshop

Goals, constraints, existing stack, and success metrics — all defined before scope is written.

Technical & UX audit

We audit your existing site, codebase, analytics setup, and user journey for gaps and opportunities.

Roadmap & scoping

A clear, costed roadmap with priorities, dependencies, and realistic timelines. No surprises later.

Phase 02 — Execute

Build with precision.
Ship with confidence.

We build in a staging environment with regular checkpoints. Design reviews, development sprints, and thorough QA before anything goes live. Performance, SEO, and conversion architecture are baked in from the ground up — not added as an afterthought.

Design & prototyping

Wireframes, UI design, and interactive Figma prototypes reviewed and approved before development.

Development & integration

Clean, documented code with version control. APIs, CRM integrations, and automation built to spec.

QA & launch

Cross-browser, cross-device testing. Performance benchmarked. SEO-ready. Deployed with zero surprises.

Phase 03 — Grow

Monitor. Test.
Compound.

The work doesn't stop at launch. We monitor performance, run tests, and iterate based on real data. SEO rankings build. Automations compound. Conversion rates improve. Every month your digital infrastructure becomes more valuable than the month before.

Performance monitoring

Uptime, Core Web Vitals, ranking movements, and conversion data tracked continuously.

Testing & optimisation

A/B tests, CRO iterations, and SEO improvements based on what the data is actually saying.

Monthly reviews

Clear reporting, honest analysis, and a forward action plan — every single month.

Common questions

What people
usually ask.

It depends on scope. A standard WordPress build runs 3–6 weeks. An AI automation system typically takes 2–4 weeks to design, build, and test. SEO is an ongoing engagement with meaningful results visible from month 3. Every project starts with a scoped roadmap so you know exactly what to expect and when.
Both. We inherit existing codebases, fix broken systems, extend platforms, and build from scratch where it makes sense. We've recovered sites from security attacks, debugged complex plugin conflicts, and extended systems others couldn't figure out. We don't require greenfield projects.
Everything. Full source code, all design files, complete documentation, and unrestricted platform access. There is no retainer required to keep your site running, no hosted service you're locked into, and no dependency on us for day-to-day operations. You own it outright.
Weekly updates as a minimum, with regular staging environment access so you can see progress in real time. For active builds we're reachable same-day. We document decisions as we go, so there's never ambiguity about what was agreed and why.
Yes. We work alongside in-house developers, marketing teams, and external agencies regularly. We document everything to our own standard so handovers are clean, and we're comfortable working in existing codebases with existing tooling.
Yes. Retainer-based support and growth engagements are available. These cover maintenance, monitoring, ongoing SEO, CRO testing, automation improvements, and technical updates. Retainers are optional — they're not required to keep your project running.
